What do you think of this chocolate protein bar recipe?!


Question: What do you think of this chocolate protein bar recipe?
~ Musashi Hi Protein Lo Carb Chocolate Protein powder
~ Mashed up dry-roasted peanuts
~ 70% Cocoa dark chocolate
~ Milo powder
~ bit o' water


I can't remember the portions, but what do you think of this mix? I put it in the freezer and am treating it as a cold chocolate treat.

Should I add egg-white to it and bake it? I just didn't do that because I don't know how.

And I wanted to keep it low carb so I didn't add in any oatmeal like most protein bar recipes call for. It turned out to have a really gooey fudge-like texture.

Answers:

I make one with virgin coconut oil, cream cheese, low carb whey protein, dried coconut, almonds, cocoa & artificial sweetener. Mix, freeze & break into pieces.

Nuts or coconut would be lower carb than peanuts. I'm not familiar with Milo powder.
