Need help losing a bit of weight?!

Question: Need help losing a bit of weight?
I only ever gain weight in my thighs and a little bit in my stomach. However I don't weight a lot, just a bit short for my age. I'm 10 stone 11 pounds (68 kilos) I do general exercise (steps, weights, sit ups...) and have recently cut down on the food I eat. I've recently lost about 3 or 4 pounds in about a week however it didn't show. I would like to lose some visible weight.

Is there any particular kind of exercise I could do to lose weight in my thighs? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you. :)

Answers:

You don't sound like you need to lose any weight! If you need to tone up then I recommend buying a 'thigh toner' you can get these for under 10 quid in Argos or Tk-Max (i'm in the UK).
I've recently made up an exercise regime and it seems to be toning me up so far!
I know it sounds silly but i tried all other methods of exercise but i just got bored of them so i made up a playlist on spotify of up-beat tunes (most of them are from the 80's) and i got a slimming belt which sheds excess water around the stomach. I then play the playlist and for each song that comes on i do a different exercise.
For example. For the duration of the 1st song i'll do constant sit-ups, the 2nd song, i'll do some recurring dumbbell exercises and for the 3rd, a mixture of press-ups, jogging on the spot and just general dancing!
This makes it fun to do and the time goes really quickly..:)

Here's some songs that are on the 'exercise playlist' --

Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
I Will Survive - Gloria Gaynor
The Final Countdown - Europe
Wake me up before you go-go - Wham!
Walking On Sunshine - Katrina
Mickey - Toni Basil

Remember not to do this excessive amount! Hope I helped X
