First off, if you're somebody who wants to be anorexic, here's a tip: STOP, because it's a serious mental disorder and not a glamorous way to lose weight like people seem to think. It's not something you can back out of so easily; it's a horrible mindset.

Your nails begin to discolor. Your hair falls out and becomes extremely thin. You'll be shivering 24/7 because your body temperature will go down. Your body goes into starvation mode and saves every piece of food you do eat, both during and after starvation, so you WILL gain weight if you eat barely anything. If you even eat only half of the recommended daily intake and have, for example, 1000 calories after you lose some weight by starving, you'll gain EVERYTHING back and more. You start to faint often. You lose all of your energy and won't even be able to get out of bed. Your attention span becomes terrible and you won't be able to focus. And I've even heard that your organs begin to digest themselves, though I'm not sure if it's true. These are just SOME of the things that may happen.

Really, don't starve. Losing weight healthily is so much more worth it, because not only will you keep the weight off, but you won't end up in the hospital.

anorexia is very dangerous and it can make you extremely ill or can kill you! it damages your organs, mostly your heart and you can get a bone disease from it. you hair falls out and your always cold and it effects you in later life because it damages your reproductive system
