is it normal to look fatter in pictures than in person?!

Question: Is it normal to look fatter in pictures than in person?
i am pretty average height and weight. i am 5 ft 2 inches and weigh 103-107 pounds.
i wear size 0/1 pants.
i am confused why i look fine in the mirror. but when i take pictures i look fatter...

which one paints a more accurate picture of how i look to other people? (mirror v. picture)

THANKS. =)

Answers:

Yup. Always. Sorry.
You will never know, because you will never see yourself in 3D - as everyone else does.
Don't worry about it!

Everyone sees themself in a different way. No, it is impossible to gain weight in a picture, but if you think that you look different in a picture, I'd rather look better in person than in a picture anyway. Some people just photograph better than other people, don't pay attention to it so much.

Yes, it's normal to look heavier in pictures than in person. The photographer's rule of thumb is the camera adds 15 pounds...

Yes, as they say on T.V. "the camera puts on 10 pounds." I'm sure that goes with pics, too. I would say the mirror is more reliable. You are certainly very tiny! :)
