Congrats to you for making the choice to get healthy! You will find that the amount of weight that you will lose will vary from week to week. Realistically, you should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week once you get into the swing of things. If you are true to your goals, you will notice that the first few weeks you will lose weight very rapidly, but then it will slow. This is normal and to be expected. If we do the math, and you lose 1-2 pounds per week, you will lose about 100 pounds per year, plus or minus your fluctuations. Best of luck to you!
