HOW WAS MY DIET TODAY? GOOD OR BAD?!


Question: HOW WAS MY DIET TODAY? GOOD OR BAD?
I'm 16 on a diet.
Exercise: power walked/jogged 4 miles for an hour (this morning)
Breakfast: high fiber cereal with a little bit of corn flakes with 1% milk (8:30 a.m.)
Snack: a banana (a little before 2 p.m.)
Lunch: 2 broiled/baked tilapia fish, a little bit over a serving of pasta, a tiny bit of scalloped potatoes (it was like a taste), and green beans (a little after 2 p.m.)
Snack: a whole wheat cracker with a spoonful of peanut butter (all natural) on top (gonna have this at 4 p.m.)
Dinner: salad with light dressing and a few pieces of cut up turkey (gonna have this at 6:30 p.m.)

Was my diet good today?

that is a great diet for any 16 year old to have. i ate like that as a kid but i didn't know it was called a diet... even though sometimes i was able to eat a few other choices.. but it caught up to me when i turned 19 and a half or so... then my diet is more like yours now. I may not eat all those things in the same day but it sounds very healthy anyways....
