How can I be healthier? ?!


Question: How can I be healthier? ?
I am not very healthy. I will stay up all night eating nothing but junk food, and drink nothing but pop. I don't like most vegetables, although I like most fruits. I also need to work out more, but I am just to tired and lazy. I will spend most of my time watching tv, texting, and going on Facebook. I know that not enough sleep is unhealthy too. I can never sleep in though! I am always too tired to do things. How can I be healthier??

Issue with sleep - read a book something like twilight or a jacquline wilksinson book they always seem to do the trick by the time you finish your 5th page you will want to go to sleep

Facebook: Play farmville it sucks so bad that by the time you grow your first crop you will delete your account

Healthy food - drink somthing like pure orange juice its nice, not nearly as bad as any sugar or pop and also the issue with your sleep is partially because you drink fizzy drinks before you go bed i know what parents say and you never listen i was the same but i can sleep so quick now :) Chew on a juicy apple or eat a banana instead of junk food or just dont buy junk food at all!

It's simple. Eat better, for one thing. Instead of snacking on junk, snack on raisins. Not all the time, you can treat yourself you just need to be controlled about what you eat.
Also, swap fizzy drinks for still drinks which are low in sugar.
Why not join a sports club? It'll be fun exercise and you might also wear yourself out, which'd sort the sleeping problem :).
