I'm underweight and i don't know how I go to become underweight so fas!

Question: I'm underweight and i don't know how I go to become underweight so fast in short time?
Just two years ago i was 118 pounds, I was at a healthy weight, [I'm 5'2] and now I'm 101 pounds! I didn't diet or exercise, I actually been eating only 1000 calories or way less everyday, is that maybe why? But I thought it gets you fatter if you eat 1000 calories or less?

I think I have a eating disorder because eating over 1200 calories seems to much to me.

Answers:

at first when eating very little you will gain weight because your fat cells will be used, but once you reach the point where you have very little fat cells your body starts to lose weight because there is no nutrition or fat to store. people are suppose to eat a 2,000 calorie diet, which is too much for me. you might be depressed, i don't know. or stressed out by something. also your metabolism may be speeding up depending on your age. i'm almost 5'4' and barely weigh 100, and i eat like pig. i think that being too thin is gross. i exercises a lot though. but i take supplements such as protein and vitamins. make sure that you're eating healthy

I don't think you have a eating disorder its just your used to eating a low amount of food so Weight loss seems unnatural to you because your not paying attention to your calories.

happend to me and i lost like 10 lbs and i was like "omg how? yay? lol"

Depression will cause loss of appetite or weight loss even if you are taking in the necessary 2000 calories a day. Eating no more that 1000 calories daily is going to injure your health, perhaps irreparably.

Most likely a fast metabolism.

I do too.
