Question: What do you think of my progress?
(I'm 13 years old, 100 lbs, and 5,5 feet tall)yesterday I decided to whip myself back in shape for summer, and I discovered I was only able to do 13 push-ups, where in the summer I could go to 35, so I got angry at myself. I did it again and did 20, it felt good, so 5 minutes later I did 20 more, still had energy, did 20 more, 5 minute cool down, then 20 more!, then I had barley any energy left, but I still did 20 more then I collapsed then went to sleep. total of 113 push-ups in less than one hour (this was right before bed btw) Then I did heel ups (I stand on my toes then go back to standing normal) I did that 100 times, and 100 times yesterday, and now my abs, and my lower legs hurt but it feels good. what do you think? Lol today I sneezed and it hurt is sounded like this (~SNEEZE!~ ouch)

pretty good. btw those arent called heelups. they are called calf raises
