If I do a full body workout on Monday, Tuesday, Thirsday and Friday is that to often

Not at all! it's alright. You're physically active which is very good, and you don't have to worry about putting on any weight.



you should not work out your whole body every day, is not good. you should work out at least 2 muscles per day. you can work out 5 times a week without a problem, just don't do the same routine all those days



no it's not too often. you're supposed to do 30 mins every day
