Question: Weight to go plan please?
Yeah, maybe a plan of some sort should help. No grapefruit, cabbage, you know BS stuff. ALso don't just tell me to exercise, and not eat. I seriously need help. I was planning to join the gym where I could go swim, but wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too expensive!

The amount of weight you can safely lose in 3 months depends on your existing weight. If you are about 75 to 100lbs overweight you can lose about 3 to 5 lbs/week. But if you are 10lbs over weight, do not expect to lose more than 1 lb a week.
you can determine the number of calories you need per day at a site like:

1 lb is exactly 3500 calories. So if you want to lose 2 lbs you need to take in 7000 calories less than what you need in a day.
Also, the week before the Prom lower your sodium intake to about 1200mg (it won't be easy), this will allow you to lose another 5 to 7 lbs of water weight. (Just so you know, if you eat at a restaurant you will probably eat about 3 days worth of sodium in 1 meal).
Tip to reduce weight: Turn your head to the left and then turn it to the right. Repeat exercise when offered something to eat. :)
So you do need to eat but, alter your eating habits if not already... eat: white meat, vegetables, fruit, bread/wheat, and drink water, or fruit juice
