Question: Is this a good work out for tonight? Or every night?
ok, so i took a little while off from running 2 miles every other night. So, now i want to get an AMAZING body for summer. So what i am going to do is run 1 or 2 miles then 10 minutes for abs and 10 minutes of legs.
With running: Run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes and repeat that
With legs: squats, lunges, etc
Abs: planks, crunches, sit ups, etc.
Give me some workouts. BTW, im 13

sounds like good cardio, good ab work and good leg work, but you need to do some upper body work as well. dont forget to stretch at the end and hold stretches for 30-60 seconds each

If you want the perfect body or near perfect one, you need to implement some weight training, though you're only 13 and I wouldn't worry too much about this since yet since you're still growing.
What's the point of that? You're 13 years old. It's never likely to happen.
