Question: Ways to starts eating healthier?
so summer is almost here and i need to start eating healthy and drop some pounds that i gained during winter. so what food should i eat and avoid? how to keep healthy like what should i eat the most? ps. i just started gym and yoga :) thanks

French Fries

Fried Foods
Hot Dogs

Eat:
Fruits
Veggies
Water

Whole Grain
Nuts and dried foods
Seeds (Sunflower, etc)


Ways To Avoid Eating Unhealthy foods:

Don't grocery shop on an empty stomach
Plan your meals ahead of time
Eat a variety of foods
