How do I lose 20 pounds? 10 points!?!


Question: How do I lose 20 pounds? 10 points!?
So I currently weigh about 133lbs. I want to get down to about 113-115. I lost some weight on my own but now it's getting harder since I'm thinner and my body is used to it. I used to weigh about 165, btw. So how do I lose the last 20? I don't want it to take so long, is it possible I can do it by July? I would really appreciate a detailed answer!

Also, I'm about 5'4" so I 115lbs is pretty healthy for my height, I don't want to seem like I'm 'anorexic' or something. Also, I'm 16. And I'm sort of losing motivation.

try a raw food or vegan diet. cut out sugar, dairy, and meats. eat as few carbs as possible.

I DO NOT MEAN STOP EATING A HEALTHY AMOUNT.

Just eat TONS of fruits and vegetables.

Do not eat 3 regular sized meals a day, split up for meals into 5 or 6 but make them much smaller. If you eat a lot of small portions throughout the day it keeps your metabolism moving and helps you burn more fat and calories during the day. If you generally eat big meals only three times a day, your body stores the fat because it knows it has to wait for extended periods of time before it will get another meal. retraining your body is key if you want to lose weight.

Also, try to do one hour of cardio at least 5 times a week.

and one more thing, eat your first meal right when you wake up, to give your metabolism a good start, and do not eat your last meal to close to the time you go to bed. try not to eat after 7 pm.

i wouldn't be to worried about your weight, you sound healthy but i totally understand wanting to be in better shape.

i am 17, 5 '5 and weight 114, but i am a serious athlete and am always getting exercising and eating right.

it is best to only loose weight until you FEEL healthy, not until you feel others will see you best. if you start to feel exsauhsted or worn out, reconsider your eating and exercise habits.
