Question: I havent worked out for the whole week ?
i havent worked out for a whole week and stuffed my face all 7days how can i get back on my fitness? but i cant work out til monday

I've discovered that after about a week of eating junk food I gain a lot of weight. If you've been eating lots of healthy food then you are probably okay. Just cut out the junk food and do it.

try to make a schedule or do a sport or something
