I would like to lose 25 pounds?!


Question: I would like to lose 25 pounds?
I am trying to get back to my high school weight :/!! I am trying to get to lose 25 pounds in one month. I will be eating about 700 calories mon-fri and about 1500 sat and sun. I will be going jogging for 1 hour 5 days per week and do 8 minute abs and 8 minute butt workout 5 times per week. Following this strictly, will I lose 25 pounds in one month? Should I exercise more or should I eat less or both?

i have been exercising a lot like you, but not to loose weight, to get good looking abs! instead of forcing yourself not to eat, eat as much as you want. but you have to eat healthy good. lets look at the green side, like green spinach, broccoli, or other green things. also eat carrots and food with protein. eating healthy is more important! you would definitely be in shape. do not eat chips, ice cream,soda, candy, etc. if you want to lose 25 pound, i suggest you go jogging for 2 hours. why not hit the gym. way better and faster. jogging for and hour, and going to the gym for an hour every single day! good luck!
