Answers:

BMI calculation indicates you're underweight for your height. While you do seem to be eating a balanced diet nutritionally, you should eat a little more. I'd mainly suggest eating more for breakfast than a granola bar. Studies have shown breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day, to provide energy for the rest of your activities. The other meals seem to be ok.

This is seriously not enough food at all! Your meals are small and your breakfast is supposed to be the biggest! This might be for someone who wants to LOSE weight rather than maintain it. You're barely getting in 1000 calories. You need to be eating 1600 calories a day to maintain your weight. For breakfast add some bread/toast or cereal & juice. For dinner add cracker biscuits with the cheese. Add some more alternatives to your meals!

Excellent food choices! You are doing well.
