How can I lose at least 3 pounds?!


Question: How can I lose at least 3 pounds?
I've noticed I'm getting bigger in my thighs,hips and waist. My thighs are 20 inches,my waist 26, and my hips 33. I know I'm slightly overweight.
So how can I lose at least 3 pounds? I want to be at a healthy weight, not big and fat like I'm now

Drink water. Try to chug a gallon a day. Run/jog everywhere you can. Whenever you feel like snacking, drink some of your gallon of water. You should lose the weight fast if you stay away from high-calorie foods and saturated fats. Try to take in a lot of fiber over the next few days (but not too much, or you could find yourself in a gas predicament; ie: gas builds in your intestine and cause the wrong type of backup).

Experience; Lost a lot of weight really fast (went from 286lbs to 201 within 5 months and stayed at 201 for well over a year steadily).



The trick is to be consistent with exercise and make sure you let someone know if it's too easy.

Exercise aroun the same time ...



Go run. honestly run 2 miles or a mile, then maybe go to a gym. Swimming is great as well. And tell yourself you dont need to overeat.
