How can i stop eating junk food i tend to go to EXTREMES?!


Question: How can i stop eating junk food i tend to go to EXTREMES?
like either i stop eating for days or i stuff my face with random snacks & sweets....lately i can't stop eating junk....i'm scared i will gain weight...how can i distract myself from the sweets?

Answers:

Unmmm your going to gain a lot of weight. By starving yourself your body thinks it's dying (it still thinks it's living in caves) and therefore HOLDS ONTO MORE FAT. Because your body needs every ounce of energy it can get it takes everything that food gives it and holds onto it for dear life. Then guess what? You stuff your face with high fat sweeties and it HOLDS ONTO EVERY OUNCE OF FAT IT CAN GET A HOLD OF.

The only way to lose weight is to EAT! stop buying sweets and snacks. Eat 5 small meals a day. (small means your body digests it more rather then store it) and DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. in fact by not eating your body breaks down muscle (not fat) and it gives you the illusion that your losing weight (really ur body has just as much fat on it) because muscle weights more then fat. So guess what happens when you eat? Well since muscles burn fat, and you have less muscles you end up storing even more fat! And having an even harder time losing it!

EAT REGULAR MEALS THAT ARE SMALL FIVE TIMES A DAY AND DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. That is how you lose weight.

Stop starving yourself. Your body is reacting to the starvation. Its a vicious cycle that can be stopped by eating at least 1500 calories a days (not including extra for exercise)
