Question: Leaaaan cuisinessss!?
Well i wanna lose some weight like a lot actually like 60lbs...so i have a hard time dieting but i really enjoy lean cuisines..anyway i was wondering if i ate a lean cuisine every night for dinner if that would help me lose weight and eating like a yogurt for breakfast...so i was wondering if i could lose like 20lbs in a month with that?
Btw..i picked out the dinners that are under 600mg. in sodium and under 540cals.

Answers:

If you reduce your calorie intake you will lose weight. So if replacing your normal dinner with a Lean Cuisine will reduce your calorie intake for the day, yes, you'll lose weight as long as you don't eat those extra calories during a different times in the day.
I personally don't think Lean Cuisines are incredibly healthy or filling, though. It's better to make fresh food at home than to eat a frozen meal, and it's usually a lot less expensive, too. I sometimes eat Healthy Choice meals or Lean Cuisines but usually only if I'm in a hurry. Otherwise I try to make something homemade.
But if you're trying to lose 20 pounds in a month, you'll need to do a lot more than reduce your calories during dinner. You'll need to be doing LOTS of cardio at the gym at least 4 times a week and eating about 1,500 calories.

Sure it would help, it's better then a super sized fast food meal, but those things aren't healthy. The are prepackaged and full of sodium or fat. You need to learn how to make healthy food from scratch so you can see what ingredients go in them. Stick to clean and natural foods. Lean Cuisines and tv dinners are not very healthy, sorry.
