Question: PLEAAASSSEEEE HEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!!!!?
Okay so I'm very skinny (14 year old - 6 stones 5) and I hate it. But I just realised I'm not fit eitherso I decided to go jogging tomorrow morning in the park, would that improve my health or will it just burn more calories? Also, I noticed I'm getting stretch marks on my bum. Why am I getting this! And how do I get rid of it? No rude answers, k? Thankssss?? :D

im your age too and skinny to but you should do cardio running, walking etc, don't do weight lifting we are growing and i just got in the gym and the trainer told me its bad cause we are growing, and when its about stretch mark i got in my bum too so put cocoa butter and that would help drink water btw thanks for answering my question :) gosh you're TALL! im 5 ''5''



what you should do are things that will tone your body. weight lifting is really good. it will make you "tight" again. don't lift everyday because that is bad for you muscles. Do cardio one day, aerobic one day, then weights another

running is good but if you want to get muscle eat/drink protein and weight lift and do strength training stuff but you should probably jog to
