over eating total unhealthy?!

Question: Over eating total unhealthy?
So i'm 15. 120 pounds and 5'7. Im active and athletic and I'm overall muscle. I eat rarely any junk food at all because junk food is bad for you and it makes me feel crappy afterwards. I dont even eat butter..thats how healthy i am because most butters are filled with bad fats. I know i dont have to watch my weight and worry but I still dont like eating butter due to that reason. anyways heres the question

I eat around 1,500 calories a day of all healthy foods. I eat a ton of fish and lean meats like that especially when I work out. However when I go out to chinese..I eat like a pig. lol
I dont eat the fried stuff because fried stuff makes me sick and it's not the best for u to eat either but fried foods makes me get headaches so i stay away from them. I mainly eat the chicken and broccoli and sometimes some of the stringy white noodles they have. I do however eat a ton of sushi. Like u wouldnt believe it. I can eat probably around 15-30 pieces of sushi along with 3-4 full plates of chinese food. I dont pig out often, only on special nights which dont come often.

Since i don't eat over 1,500 calories a day, is it ok for me to eat like 2500- 3000 calories. I know 3,500 calories is equal to one pound of fat but if i eat say 3500 calories one day and then the rest of the week eat my normal amount ( 1500 calories ) then would i still gain that one pound of fat? OHH and seeing how sushi ( with white rice mainly is what i eat because they dont serve brown rice sushi ) has a ton of carbs, will i gain fat from eating a ton of sushi?

Should i eat breakfast if i plan to pig out for lunch around 2?

Answers:

I don't think you have anything to worry about. You're a perfect weight and congrats and, most of all, RESPECT to you for keeping your body so healthy! A lot of folks aren't strong, motivated or believe in themselves enough and therefore they get stressed, depressed and gain pounds, even teenagers. I think you would set an inspiring example for them.

I also think you should calm down and relax about eating too much Chinese food or more fattier food. It is perfectly normal to indulge in those things. Plus, your body NEEDS a significant amount of fat to survive. Fat provides energy for the body and, believe it or not, it's needed for the brain cells and makes skin healthier. Furthermore, grilled chicken and vegetables are very nutritious foods to consume.

One more thing I will mention; Sushi is one of the best dishes in the world, literally. You know why the Japanese are studied to be the healthiest people on earth and have the highest life expectancy ever? Because they eat sushi everyday which is loaded with nutrients and protein. However, it can contain calories and fat if served with certain condiments or filled with cream cheese or mayonnaise; so if you're worried about that, then cut back and eat sushi raw.

Again, keep your body healthy and keep doing what you're doing. You're great! :)

*EDIT* And yes, I strongly suggest you eat breakfast. Doctors aren't lying when they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But if you're going to "pig out" later, I say eat something light, such as a bagel or an English muffin. Stay away from donuts or muffins because they are high in sugar and fat. Also, DON'T FORGET THE OJ. :) This is my opinion but a reasonable cup of orange juice is packed with vitamins that's good for your body.

Yes, it will help a lot if you eat breakfast before you go on a pig-out. Drink water as well. However, given that you're active and athletic as you said, you shouldn't worry about these pigging-out days because you'll burn them throughout the week anyhow. Besides, you're only 120 pounds, you say? At 5'7", your healthy weight range is from 127 to 159 pounds. It won't hurt you to gain seven pounds more.
