How can i motivate myself to lose weight?!


Question: How can i motivate myself to lose weight?
So ive started today.. Went 30 minutes cycling so far.. Ive try ed losing weight in the past but its hard for me! I just cant say no to the sweets. ive always been known of one of those chubby girls and im sick of people talking behind my back, So how can i motivate myself? Ive gone to the gym with my friends but since they are so skinny they always have a bag of chips right after exercising and it doesn't help me at all/ So help? -Thanks:)

I'm kind of like you /: I'm not chubby, but recently I've gained 15 pounds in the last month! (which I know is unhealthy) I just don't feel motivated....:(

Just ask yourself why do you wanna lose weight?!

-It's waaaaay easier to lose weight as a teen than an adult!
-For health reasons. Eating junk really can take a toll on you!
-For beauty reasons- Eating healthy gives you clear skin & shiny hair! :D
-For boys, you will have much more "sex-appeal"
-You can finally wear that sexy swim suit! (And pull it off!) =]


Last reasons, hopefully the best:
-You've ALWAYS been known as the chubby girl!
People probably think you can't lose the weight! Show them that you can!!! They will be so shocked and have a whole new respect for you! When you lose weight, your life will change! Your weight is holding you back!!! Don't stop until you've reached your goal! good luck!

Try these ways to lose weight:
1)Focus on portion size! do not overeat follow the recommendation.
2)Veggies, fruits, whole grains. Eat more of these.
3) Cut 500 Calories a day. 200 through your food and 300 through excercise. This helps you not be in a state of depriving yourself of food. Which in the end you crave and give into the craving.

Most of all don't jump into some hardcore program just ease into it little by little and it will seem like habit after a time.

you can get the dress size u wud like to fit into for your final goal. put it on the inside of ur bedroom door so u can see it everyday. Keep working to fit into that dress. Other ways i have tried, as a guy is making out a planned workout and following that plan.
