Question: "Low carb is bad for you. Just eat fruits, veggies, and healthy fats!"?
Why do I hear this ALL THE TIME on here? Are there really so many people who are this ignorant? A low carbohydrate diet is comprised mostly off vegetables, natural and healthy fats, and some fruit. Why does the title Low-Carb scare you many people off?

are you kidding me? i LOVEE eating low carb. :) i think the only reason why people don't like it is because it sometimes drains you of energy. but as for keeping weight off, it's great. out of all diets i've tried, low carb is the most successful. by far. :)



Vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytochemicals and generally low in calories. Unfortunately, most people don't eat enough of them
