Question: How do I do sit ups correctly?
When I do sit ups, I always end up hurting the bone right at the bottom of my back just above my backside.
How can I avoid this and still do sit ups?

lie on a mat or something sort when doing them, also, situp cradels are a good idea as they get the best out of your workout and i found it easier and less painfull.

anyway, you dont need to sit all the way, up. just going half way up and back down has the same effect :)
you could always try them with your legs elevated......
