Question: Quitting smoking leads to weight loss?
I recently quit smoking about a week or two ago, and I saw since I quit, I haven't eaten as much unhealthy foods and more healthy, and that i'm losig weight.

You are very fortunate. Usually people gain weight when they quit smoking. I think one of the reasons is your sense of smell returns so food smells good again, plus food just tastes better after quiting. Also many people miss having something in their mouth so instead of cigarettes they resort to snacking on high calorie foods like candy , etc. instead of something like celery or carrot sticks. So hang in there..that is great that you have quit smoking and wonderful that you have lost weight instead of gaining.

I quit 13 smoking years ago.. so personal experience.
