Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 10 pounds by doing as they advised. Have a great day!

keep doing what your doing and im sure it will work, most people just give up on there diet so keep at it and it will help.

You are an idiot. This needs to be made totally and utterly clear.

Eat six small meals a day. 5 if thats to much to prepare 4 at a minimum.
in those meals should be 1500 calories worth of energy
two portions (fist sized) of meat fish or other protein (preferably white or low in fat)
at least 5 portions of fruit and veg almost anything other than Alvarado pares
Lots of bread rice pasta and other starchy foods 4/5 portions
low fat dairiy ect is ok, just not to much
one treat a day, including a bar of chocolate or some such or a small glass of coke etc
drink water or weak squash like never before smothie is good in small amounts
none of that acca berry **** really unhealthy.

following this roughly along with correct and proper exercising 2 pounds a week can be expected to be lost, too see results may take as much as a month

workout 5-6 days a week

mon- cardio 20 mins a day, jogging, biking, x-trainer etc
tusday-resistance either use a gym for this in which case you should use high reps low weights (you won't put on much muscle) aim to exercise half the body upper or lower include abs in ONE of them. if no gym go to bodyweight culture (they really know what they are talking about)
wed-cardio as seen above
thur-lower/upper body
fri-cardio
sat upper/lower
sun rest
try to do at least 5 days a week. if your really sore (don't lie to yourself) take a day or two off.

Also google xbx plan for women first one the come up, its in .pdf so if you dont have a reader for it time to get one. if you follow the plan there in the morning as well that will help get rid of the morning soreness if you are unlucky enough to have some.

dont expect results in two weeks, keep it up.

take a before picture naked or near naked and one every week so you can compare each week as you lose more and more weight.

Good luck
I still think your an idiot.
