Question: Exercises to lose arm, leg, and stomach fat?
I am 5'4, my current weight is 131, and I'm 14. I'm sick of feeling like this. I want to finally have that "perfect body" not just for looks but I want to be healthier as well. I take judo 2 times a week. But still I know thats not enough. I binge eat on days I don't exercise making all the weight I lost gain back. Anyone have any tips to stop from binge eating? I feel happy when I eat, I'm terrfied of delevoping an eating disorder. I want to lose the weight so then its one less thing my mother can comment on. I don't care what people think I'm not some crazy girl who only cares about looks, I would choose an education and Harvard over being skinny, but please I just want REAL answers that WORK.

Answers:

I've found this to be a very difficult.
But you just exercises daily, eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. You can even search online a few diets for your age. You cannot give up and you cannot have ''cheat days''. And also, drinking ice cold water helps reduce fat. But don't just rely on that.
Exercises include: Walking, Jogging, Running, Playing sports, Gymnastics, Doing squats (That helps your thighs), Bike-riding, Exercise videos (Leslie Sanson's videos are the best).
You should focus on doing different things each day. And do activities that are fun for you, So you can put more effort into it.
