Question: Help, athlete with big thighs.?
hey, I'm 16, 5'2, 115 lbs and a nationally ranked tennis player. so it's not like I'm one of those teens that comes home and eats on the couch all day. however, my butt and thighs are huge and I don't mind them too much cause I dont wanna be stick thin either, but lately it has been do hard to find any clothes that fit right, especially jeans. I wish I was only a little bit taller so that my lower half wouldn't look so disproportionate compared to my upper half, as I have a smaller bust and teensy waist. is there any thing I can do to slim my thighs/ butt without bulking them? not trying to look like Serena Williams here. definitely staying away from squats or lunges. I've heard that running or jogging and yoga helps; what about biking? and I would also like to know what types of bathing suits make your bust appear larger, or butt appear smaller? Any help would be appreciated, thaaankkss :)

I play tennis too! Though I doubt I'm nearly as good as you! Any kind of aerobic excersise should do the trick, unless its all muscle, which is very possible. I wouldn't worry about it, though, anyway! Your still young, and your still growing! As for bathing suits, ones with padded insides where your bust is will help make your breasts seem enlarged, but other than that, there aren't many options.



I believe that swimming as an alternate exercise would help a little over time.



since you weight 115 lbs your probably bulky because you workout alot. are you on a specific diet try eating less protein maybe that's where the bulk is coming from
