Question: I need to lose weight and a lot of it. anyone have tips or help?
Well i'm 5"5 and i weigh 205 pounds. I want to lose about 107 pounds and i really want to do it before 2012 anyone have any tips or facts about losing quick weight?

starve yourself
eat big dinners
eat fast food
drink pop
try to gain muscle at the same time
sit on your *** for more long periods of time


DO:
- EAT TONS AND TONS OF VEGGIES! (many vegetables have "negative calories" which means you burn more calories digesting them than you ingest from eating them) - this will make you lose weight and be healthy at the same time
- DRINK A LOT OF WATER (you need water for your body to regulate its self and burn calories
- DO CARDIO EXERCISES (like running or swimming)
- GET 8-10 HOURS OF SLEEP
- BE PATIENT AND DONT GIVE UP (it will take time my friend)

Sweetie, I applaud you for wanting to be healthier. If I were you, I'd go for a medical check up to rule out any medical causes for being overweight. My daughter had too much insulin in her blood that made her feel intense hunger every two hours. Hormonal imbalance can also increase weight; check thyroid function. If your doctor gives you a clean bill of health, start cutting out ALL junk food. Fill your stomach with salads seasoned with olive oil and experiment with spices. You still need your calcium so don't forget low fat milk and yogurt. If hunger strikes between meals, drink green tea or any kind of herbal tea. Sage worked best to curb my appetite. I waited for it to cool down then gulped down. Drink a lot of water : the breaking down fat needs to dissolve in something to get out of your system. And , don't forget to walk for an hour each day. Plus, aim for slower weight loss. You don't want to end up with sagging skin and breasts. Your skin needs time to adapt to your smaller , slimmer figure. Enjoy your adventure.



Try working out everyday and going on a diet! You don't have to stop eating everything you like, just cut sweets and heavier carbs and try eating a little bit less. Working out will help a lot too, just do it for two months and you'll see the big diference!!

If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.
