Question: Are these good maxouts for a 16 year old?
Hey guys just wondering since i just maxed out for football and we still a ways to go before season starts but are these good for the start?

Bench-245
Squat-390
Clean-225

Body weight- 220

Answers:

Yes those are very nice stats for the start, seem pretty even to me. Most people forget squats but good job for doing then.

Also decently heavy clean, nice.
But, i see no deadlift?!
