Question: Is it healthy to leave a little bit of egg shell in your eggs and cook it?
i want to know because my brother builds and i workout and we both want to know if this boost calcium and protein in the egg

Answers:

Considering it's the outside that is most likely exposed to a plethora of germs, I wouldn't recommend it.

The egg shell does contain calcium that would be good for you, but not protein. It would be better to grind the shells into a powder and put it in food; it is a cheap and effective calcium supplement.

It's not going to kill you, but sit down while I tell you... it has absolutely NO nutritional value. Just stop doing it.

no, your not suppose tom your defeating it's purpose
