Question: I want to have a flat belly before summer. Any tips to get me the beach body I want before then?
I'm a size 5 in jeans. I don't wanna start on any diet pills. I think diet and exercise will be good for me. Is there any diets and exercises that will help me get to my goal in no time?

Well i don't know your weight or height, but with commitment and hard work you can definitely lose weight, Start slowly. only drink water ( cut out everything else) and keep your calorie intake between 1200-1600 depending on your weight and height, Try to eat and drink water every two-three hours, this way your metabolism will speed up and help you burn more calories throughout the day. For foods, cut out all junk food. stick to things like greek yogurt ( i recommend chobani),eggs, string cheese, rice cakes, whole wheat breads, almonds, grilled chicken, fish, and LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES! getting fit and in shape is only 10% exercise...the other 90% is in the kitchen.
Also add atleast 3 days a week of cardio for 20 min or more. Cardio being running, biking, swimming, or anything that gets your heart rate up.

This may sound overwhelming but just start out slowly, and then eventually start to add up everything i just listed above, As long as you are consistent and determined, you'll see results :)



exercising is the best you can do for yourself. if u want a nice belly do a lot of crunches,leglifts,planks. remember,working on your abs is a pretty tough workout. no matter how uncomfortable it gets keep crunching or whatever ab workout you are doing will u cannot absolutely take it. be persistent and work hard.
