Question about the "Insanity" workouts?!


Question: Question about the "Insanity" workouts?
I am 20 lbs over my max healthy weight for my height. Is the Insanity workouts something I could do now, or are they geared for people already in better shape? It seems like all the reviews on it are from people who aren't exactly trying to loose weight, but more tone/build muscle.

I just don't want to try it, then be too exhausted to even finish it and give up. :/

It'll probably be too much for you. I'm fit, and even I struggle to keep up.



It might be a bit much for now.

My housemate, who is a professional ballerina, has trouble keeping up with it sometimes.
