Beating the abs getting you better abs?!


Question: Beating the abs getting you better abs?
Does beating your abs make them stronger and you more resistant to pain?

Answers:

Yes it does because when hit, the abs flex and they get trained if you hit for a while. Do not hit too many times since you dont want to injure yourself either.

Professional boxers do it a lot as part of their training, however for an average person, I wouldn't do it and simply stick to the gym.



My gym teacher use always let the other classmates beat each other up by beating on the abs, and yes it seems to helped me get more use to pain and loosen up that ab fat a bit.
