Well i wanna lose some weight like a lot actually like 60lbs...so i have a hard time dieting but i really enjoy lean cuisines..anyway i was wondering if i ate a lean cuisine every night for dinner if that would help me lose weight and eating like a yogurt for breakfast...so i was wondering if i could lose like 20lbs in a month with that?
Btw..i picked out the dinners that are under 600mg. in sodium and under 540cals.
im 198lbs do you think this will work?

I lost about 60 pounds eating Lean Cuisine every day. If you want to go marketing, mess with cooking, contend with left overs, try to calculate the macronutrients in your dishes, weigh portions, and do all the clean up, go for it! I'm a busy guy and prefer a freezer full of Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine frozen meals which are tasty, quick, and easy. My dinner's ready in 5 minutes.

I really think the Weight Watchers Market Creations is a great meal. Check them out too. And, while you're thinking about it, you may want to consider signing up for My Fitness Pal. It's a great website for tracking your intake and exercise and discussing your diet with other "fat losers" in the discussion forum. You can sync to your cell phone too.

I don't think diet food or drinks helped anyone. Maybe a quick fix, but it's not really healthy for you. Your best bet is to eat homemade food, but watch portion sizes. Cut out soda. Think of it as taboo. Exercise every day, even if it's a 30 minute walk... Take the stairs, park your car at a farther distance whenever you go to the store... Oh! and don't forget to eat a lot of citrus fruit, and fiber! The natural acids in citrus will cut out any of the fat of previously eaten foods, and the fiber will help keep you regular. :)
