Things to cut out of my diet?!

Question: Things to cut out of my diet?
In the process of losing weight, so far with working out and a slight diet change I've lost a total of 13 inches from my entire body in 4 weeks. I need to totally change my diet and in order to do that I would like to know the best things to cut out or cut down. So far I cut out processed sugar and cut down on carbs. Any suggestions will help. I don't eat trans fat or Msg, also minimal saturated fat. I'm not a meat eater either, if I do perhaps eat meat its chicken. Again, if someone could help me get my diet straight it would be much appreciated.

Answers:

Do not eat foods that are concentrated in calories and foods that are processed.
(Random examples: ice-cream & chocolate sauce, fruit loops cereal, eggs & sausage, apple juice, orange juice, carrots & dip, ceaser salad, Honey BBQ flavored peanuts, buttery popcorn, hash browns, potato with sour cream or butter, french fries, Potato chips, carrot cake, Oreo cookies, etc.)

since you dont list what you DO eat, how can I tell you what to cut out? eat smaller, more frequent meals. you have to watch your total daily caloric intake - that will vary by age, weight and activity level- about 2, 000 is usually about right- exercise is also key.

dont drink soda- drink water
eat nuts
omega 3 (salmon)
fruits and colorful veggies
every meal, have a protein, carb and veggies

If you listed what you eat, then it would be easier to tell you what to cut out of your diet. Look out for high fructose corn syrup. It's poison. It may be what is stopping you from losing more weight.
Make sure you get exercise, too!

try getting things low in sodium also get whole wheat and Natural things i was skeptical of this and it acutely tastes the same also try adding a Little more protein

Try to cut out sodium too.
So, buy foods with cut down sodium or avoid sodium all together.
You probably already cut them out, but frozen pre meals are the worst. Things like 'Hot Stuff' or TV dinners have cups of unnecessary sodium. Avoid extra salted fries or if you make them, don't put any salt. Just avoid salt.

Also again you probably already did, but no frying. Baked is better. And with oils, try canola oil or olive oil instead of grease, vegetable oil, palm oil, or fat.

Update:
Also, to lose weight, you need a fast metabolism. Some people are gifted with this, as they don't gain weight easily but others just need to work on it. Like the other person said, small frequent meals keeps your body working therefore it doesn't store fat and take long to digest food hence your metabolism will increase.
Also, do not skip breakfast. Again, it works with your metabolism and you'll be less hungry by lunch so you won't overload.
And lastly, eat slowly. Try to chew ATLEAST 15 times (as a rough). The faster you eat something, the more you'll want because your body hasn't begun digesting it yet so you feel like you're still hungry. So eat slowly, take your time.
And for just an added health benefit, avoid food that has been "Hydrogenated" or that has Palm oil. Its manually shot hydrogen atoms into the food and palm oil is the worst saturated fat there is.

cut out 95% of all junk food. its ok to have a mini candy bar here and there *so you don't get to tired of your diet, and will some of us just cant go with out a candy every once in a while* eat take out, restaurant, or processed foods very rarely. try and make your foods by scratch. also from your comment "I'm not a meat eater either, if I do perhaps eat meat its chicken" i'm guessing you are a semi-vegetation. Peta has quite a few recipes. so i'm sure if you look through them you can find some meals you can make that can help you lose weight. http://www.peta.org/living/vegetarian-li…
