Question: Can sit ups make you lose belly fat?
I Don't want to lose a weight and im happy with my body but i have a little bit belly (In stomach) i can see six pack under fat well i do a sit ups every day i do 100 to 200 sit ups a day can that help me?

Sit ups don't really get rid of body fat. You're just strengthening the muscles. So you're gonna have a big six pack but flab covering it to put it bluntly. Running and jogging are the best things to help burn body fat
