Did I eat too much today?!


Question: Did I eat too much today?
Breakfast: 4 hash browns with ketchup
Lunch: bagel and egg sandwich (homemade)
Dinner: 10 Golden Oreos, a handful of rice krispies, and two bananas

I'm 15 and I need to lose about 15 pounds.

Answers:

Why would you think cookies are good for you in weight loss? Especially ten of them. Hashbrowns you don't need to eat 4. You won't lose even one pound eating like this.



Yes you ate too much today :(

A tip that lots of people have given me is a eat a BIG breakfast (but healthy one) a smaller lunch and just drink a glass of milk or something for dinner. This way the calories you digested at breakfast will be burned off by night.

What I would suggest for you (using the same foods you used):

Breakfast: 2 Bananas, 2 Hash browns (no ketchup)
Lunch: Egg Sandwich
Dinner: A handful of rice krispies (preferably just salad)



Too much? I eat that much food for breakfast and I'm around 150-160 lbs. 0% fat, 100% sexy.



Yes, you should limit your amount of calorie intake.



I agree with Dr. Katie's answer. That is too much, and cookies will help you Gain weight!!!
