Should i eat more calories today?!


Question: Should i eat more calories today?
Im trying to maintain my weight but ive only eaten around 1400 calories today and i need about 1800..
but i already ate dinner, and when ever i eat after dinner, i feel so fat and bloated so thats why i dont like to but i also dont want to lose weight.

today i had:
breakfast: smoothie made of banana, starbwerries and almond milk, whole wheat toast w/ organic peanut butter

snack: apple

lunch: spicy peanut tofu with grilled veggies and chocolate silk milk

snack: banana

dinner: salad, wheat bread w/ peanut butter, and egg whites with veggies.

i had tons of water today, and i feel like i ate so much already...
should i eat more calories today?

i did 45 minutes of zumba for wii, and about 20 minutes of jumping jacks and some other small exercises

p.s. any one have any good at home indoor cardio exercises w/o equpitment?

Answers:

-If You can hang around 1,500 Calories a day- you should be all right. Just keep up those Exercises- and try to get Out more- too. Walking is one of the BEST "All Body Exercises"- you can Do. :)
