Will I lose weight doing this?!


Question: Will I lose weight doing this?
Starting from Monday.. (new week - new start) I'm going to completely stop eating chocolate, crisps, junk food and soda, only thing I'll be drinking is water.

Banana for my breakfast
Tuna salad sandwich for my lunch
Salads for my dinner.. (what else could I have?)

I'll have nuts or a piece of fruit for a snack If I get hungry during the day and I'll be running 1hour everyday and doing alot of walking.

You might try cutting one out per week cuz otherwise you'll feel deprived and binge. That's about 600 but I I'm not sure it might b less. You will lose weight this way. You might want to eat more in the begging of the day than the end. You should have a protien bar or some granola with your banana. Then only have half the sandwich at lunch. You could switch up breakfast by having some low fat yogurt. Make sure you drink at least 2 glasses of milk a week or you hair will look dead. For dinner you could also have fruit salad, half a serving of chicken, some of those breakfast smoothies are good too. Stay strong!!!



That's starving. You will gain EVERYTHING + more back after you start eating regularly again, and will eventually stop losing weight even while on your diet. All you'll do is make your metabolism worse this way.
Have an intake of 1500 calories consisting of good foods. Eat a much bigger dinner than a small salad; have some chicken and vegetables, to list something simple but healthy. Also, don't deprive yourself of sweet things; have a small dessert every other day or so. You'll end up binging if you do deprive yourself.



Sounds like a really good idea. Just remember to have some fat and some sugar because your body cannot run without the essentials. Oh and you should definitely accompany your banana for breakfast with a healthy cereal. You're going to need the carbs after that running and to get to that tuna sandwich.



You probably won't lose weight because you aren't eating enough. Trust me. I've been there, done that. Count your calories, and try to get at least 1500. Especially if you are running for an hour a day. There is no way your body is going to let go of the weight if you are eating too little and exercising too much. It's one of our survival instincts if our body think it's starving.



im going to tell you the same thing i told someone else once you start eating fewer calories then you should be eating your metabolism slows down so you lose the weight but when you begin eating regularly you gain about 20 pounds because when you slow down your metabolism you stop pooping as much and the poop is the fat



When I wanted to loose weight (I am 15 almost 16) I cut soda out of my diet (i drank it a lot) and I just felt better, AND I lost some weight. Now I drink some diet sodas (only ones I like, I don't want a diet that I dont need, cause I'm not fat, to take over my life).



if you got to walmart and the frozen food places they sell healthy choice tv dinners they are only...

310 calories no fat grams maybe a few and good and or leancuizine turkey meat wheat bread all kinds of stuff apples oranges anything u want just make sure its low on fat grams under 10-

if your craving soda buy diet 2 a day at max
you can still have choclate such as special k bars gl



it will but not completely... you should excercise while on a diet.. i recommend doing some abbs and running for 30 mins.
