Largely it depends on your goals, but as far as a complete body workout plan checkout Turbulence training. It is far and away one of the best that I've tried out.

Another that I've tried is P90X, but I had a hard time really getting into it.

Turbulence training builds muscle while incinerating fat. It is an awesome workout plan.
