How was my eating today?!


Question: How was my eating today?
i'm 21, female, about 5'3(1/2) and 101 lbs
i've lost weight recently and want ot maintain now.


Breakfast
Clif Z bar (organic granola bar) - 130 calories

Lunch -
venti cappucino - 110 calories
chocolate vita top - 100 calories

mid afternoon
carrots with fat free ranch (35 calories per 2 tbl)

dinner -
healthy choice ravioli - 230 calories
with added low fat cheese - 25 calories
1 cup steamed brocolli

dessert -
skinny cow ice cream - 150 calories

before bed -
1 large figi apple

100 calories or less of various "snacks" throughout the day such as hard candy, freeze dried apples, ect

Answers:

You're so skinny! I am the same height and thought I was pretty thin and I am about 107! How many cals did you eat in a day to get to 101?
And I would say yes, you did really good today! You could probably amp up the calorie count about 200 more to maintain. I calculated and you ate a little over a 1000 altogether which would mean you might still be losing weight. Stay around the 1200 range. Good job though. Try to control your sugar a little bit more. Other than that, great! You're on the right track.



Good but lunch could be better than that.



You did pretty good might want to work on lunch though.It could be healthier.
