Question: How can I lose weight please(10 points)??????????
I want to lose 10 or 15 pounds so bad. What can I do and eat!??!? I want to get skinnyer tighs and smaller hips:( I need help I dont know how to eat and I dont know how to get rid of the fat.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.

1. Choose whole grains.

2. Drink plenty of water.

3. Choose lean meats and fish.

4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.

5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.

6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.

9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.

10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.

11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.

12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).



If you run a mile or so a day, and eat smaller portions than what you have been eating, you will lose weight. Dont rush it too much, because if you lose the weight too fast you will gain it back. Just eat more fruits and vegetables and less junky foods, and smaller portions during meals, and you will lose weight.

There is no magic pill in losing weight. Many will try to sell you some BS line like "Learn this one simple trick to losing weight!" The simple trick to losing weight is calories in vs. calories out. Its how much your body takes in vs how much its using. Try to eat a little less and work out a bit more. Jogging is an easy way to burn some calories.

Honestly its not rocket science, just get a little bit of exercise and regulate your meal sizes.



Both of my parents are personally trainers and health finatics, so trust me on what I say! Eat LOTS of natural food: fruit, veggies, chicken, fish! Artificial stuff is the worst for you! Next, DON'T DRINK COFFEE! It's horrible for you and stains your teeth! Tea is a healthy alternative! I like to go on runs, jump rope, and play tennis to stay fit. Tennis is my main sport, picking up a major one will really help! Cycling classes are super fun and an AWESOME workout! A lot of places will let you have your first time free too, to try it out! If where you live is SUPER hot (Where I live every day in summer is 110-115 degrees) swim some laps in your pool or a local pool! Many gyms have pools as well! And if none of that works for you, do GTL Sundays like on Jersey Shore (Minus the Laundry). There's a HUGE mountain that I hike on every Sunday, and a little trail from it that leads to a resort so that I can cool off and swim some laps in the pool! Your friends will probably want to join, it's really inspiring and fun!! Plus the fact that I get some awesome color doing it all! If there aren't mountains in your area, go to the gym instead, than cool off in a different pool somehow(:

And the most important thing is, DO NOT DRINK SODA!!!!!! It adds SOOOO many calories to your meals! Drink tons of water, its good for you, free, and will fill you up!!

replace most of your food with celery, since celery is a negative calories, it actually takes more calories to eat the celery than the celery gives. and exercise more. :D



just burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight.
