Question: Okay I honestly need your help for losing weight! It just won't come off! 10pts best answer?
I am 5ft 4in-5inches. I weight 107 pounds. All I want to do is lose 2-3lbs and keep it off. I am a sprinter. I go to track monday through friday. I don't eat junk food at all
This is what I eat in a day:
B-fast- Banana with a Tbsp of peanutbutter a glass of h2O
Snack- a fruit
Lunch- A sandwich 2 glasses of h2O a fruit
Snack- a fruit
Dinner- whatever my mom cooks (in moderation)
What can I do to lose 2-3 lbs! I am going to France and Spain this summer and I want to look nice!

Swim, Jog go the gym join a club ask your mum for vegetarian kind meals....


BTW you should not feel bad about your weight when you go on your holiday those people you see there, you will never see again! :) x

You are about twenty pounds UNDER weight...so shut up.

From what you're saying, I think you have an obsession. It's not healthy in the least, in fact I'd bet anything that if you gained a good ten pounds you'd look thirty times better. Seriously.
I'm not saying anything is wrong with wanting to be healthy, but when you're over twenty pounds under weight and want to lose another 3 pounds...you have a problem.



You have very good control over what you eat, just saying :)
Drinking a lot of water is good, too.
I can't really think of much more to do, really I can't.
But I guess running more than you already do?
Running is the best thing to do for losing weight.
I see that you already run a lot, but maybe just a little more?
You seem pretty healthy to me :]



youre underweight already, losing 2 or 3 pounds will do NOTHING to your appearance.
and 2 or 3 pounds is not going to make you look any 'nicer' when you go to france and spain.

if anything, if you want to look nicer, you should maybe put on 2 or 3 pounds. im serious.



You hit a Plateau in loosing weight; that doesn't mean you should stop though, it means that your body 'hit a stump in the road', but it will go back in track if you keep exersicing



you can start by drinking water instead of all that h2o
