Question: How to lose weight in my legs?
I want to lose 30lbs. If I bike for an hour a day, how long will it take to lose 30lbs?

ok, ur diet and excersise is awesome! i wish i could be like u but i cant just bike ride and eat like that so anyway, u will probably loose about 2-3 pounds a week. so probably like about 6 months, sorry but it takes time, but u might as well get it over with now then waiting. and when u get off this diet thingy, dont eat too much and stuff or u will gain alot more weight quicker than u lost the weight. i hope i helped.



how much do you weight and how tall are you, most girls who think they are fat are so skinny, dont lose weight till you make sure you are fat, anyway bike for like 10 minutes a day? and rest then run 5 minutes and increase a minute for running everyday. you need to e larger breakasts because its the meal that gives you energy all day!!!! never ever starve your body and eat till you feel full!!!!!!! good luck.



it will take a while probably... maybe a little more then a month, but you cant just bike for an hour and eat popcorn for the rest of the day (exaggerating) you have to eat right too. No more cookies, no popcorn, no chips, and no junk food!!! maybe 1 or 2 peices occassionally!!! but it could affect it, also drink tons of water... hope i helped!
