I think I ate too little :/

Nutrigrain bar - 120cal
100cal pack Oreos - 100 cal
Celery and carrots with ranch - ??cal
Nutrigrain bar - 130cal

Yes it is horrible, you need to eat full meals, because you are not getting all the Vitamin's and proteins and all of that. You need about 1,200 calories if you are sitting in bed all day, not moving. 1,700- 2,000 calories if you are doing daily activities and/ or working out. If you continue just eating these things your body will start to eat itself, and your capability to burn calories more quickly will slow majorly.



yes, you defiantly need to eat more. a diet like this everyday could lead to malnutrition.
