I want to lose weight? good plan?!

Question: I want to lose weight? good plan?
I'm getting serious now lol. I have muscle but its not really showing (I'm kind of chubby) because of the weight room, but I dont want to get big. I'm starting to really eat healthy, now what are things in the weight room (besides running if possible, I have reeeaally bad ankle problems) that will keep my muscles nice, but I dont want them to get big and look like a muscle head, just nice and showing, and flatten my stomach and burn fat. like whats a god routine?

Answers:

you can go and try out swimming,it wont effect your ankle and is fun if you go out with your friends.you can enjoy while exercising.you can do cycling as it is also very helpful to those who have problem with running.while doing these you can do ankle exercises to strengthen your ankle so later on you can start little bit of running.do not starve yourself.eat healthy.don't take carbohydrates and fats.eat lots of vegetables and fruits.do not take lot of food at once, take short and nutritious meals through out the day.if you decrease the amount of food that you eat and you do that to extreme first your metabolism would slow down and after sometime you will become weak(sure you wouldn't wanna do that).good metabolism is required to loose weight.weaker metabolism would only slow down the process of your loosing weight.

Well, a God routine would be waking up at 3 am and running 12,000 miles (on water) 1,000 crunches, side plank for 30 hours to work those obliques, and creating black hole... But if you want to lose weight, reduce your calories. Your muscles aren't going to show if your a little chubby. You need to focus on becoming more lean first.
