NOOOOOO First don't eat peanut butter for the protein way to much fat. Second no juice very unhealthy. You are better off eating the fruit. The best thing to do is eat some fruit. Fruit is a simple carb which is good Right before bed. If you eat complex carbs they will turn in to fat.

I'm 14, and you can probably eat something healthy, but decaffeinated. So pretty much no junk food or energy shakes, lol. Maybe some fruit, or celery and peanut butter. Or heck, even a piece of bread with butter and jelly! :) Hope I could help!

No snack is good for the middle of the night for any one. It is the middle of the night eating that causes most of the health problems besides eating too much & eating everthing but the kitchen sink.
Cutting up an apple and putting a small dollop of peanut butter on each slice is pretty damn good! You get some protein from the peanut butter and of coarse the apple is good for you! Happy snacking..
