Is it possible for you to get a referral for a dietician to draw up some plans and exercise regimes for you? If your weight is genuinely affecting your health then you might be able to claim it on insurance.

I think 130 pounds is a little ambitious in a year - but you could definitely do it in 15 months! Seeing as you have a substantial amount of weight to lose, what I'd recommend is going a week writing down everything you eat without changing anything. Then change/omit one thing to something lower in calories. Keep doing this each week until your intake is around 2000 calories (this might sound high, but trust me, at your age, you need it). This will be less shocking to your system then suddenly going on a restrictive diet, and you will be more likely to stick with it. As you get closer to your goal, you can then cut back your calories slightly to the 1700-1800 range which will be a losing amount for a female, your age and height.

Some suggestions for exercises inside include the following - put on music and dance. Log onto Youtube and google exercise vids. Take on the household chores such as vaccuuming and scrubbing (your parents/housemates will love you for it). If the weather permits, get outside, and walk. Once you can walk for around 30 minutes without getting puffed, look into a specific fitness program such as C25K.

What do you like to eat? What would you be willing to try? Some meals I use when losing include the following:

Breakfast:
2 eggs (whole, fat promotes satiety and is good for the eyes)
2 slices sandwich bread (preferably wholemeal, carbs are not the enermy and will give you energy to kick start the day)
OR
1.5oz instant oats with reduced fat milk
OR
2 slices sandwich bread with 2 NON HEAPED tablespoons of peanut butter

Lunch
2 slices sandwich bread, 2oz lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
OR
Egg and tuna salad (watch your portions - 3oz tuna, one egg)

Dinner
4oz chicken OR 6oz fish OR 3.5oz beef
2-3 cups of vegetables including beans, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts (no, corn, pumpkin and sweet potato don't count)
3/4 cup of rice OR pasta OR 2 slices of bread

In between meals you can have
1oz mixed nuts
1 cup reduced fat yoghurt (these come in tubs which you can get from your local supermarket)
1 cup chopped carrot/celery mix
1/2 cup baked beans
1 cup light milk

This all sounds very "boring" and "diet food" like but if you want to be a healthy weight, you're going to have to make a plan and stick to it. Identify where you fall down, for example do you get home from school/work and are starving and hoe in to a family sized box of chips? Does your mother continually try to fatten you up? Identify these problem areas and sort through them, otherwise you'll always find you fall off the bandwagon. You mention you can't eat fruit due to allergies. Is this all fruit or just the ones you listed? The suggestions I've mentioned are precariously low in fruit options so if you can tolerate some types, try them out as snacks. Don't try them again if you react, though!

I'm 5'2'' and have been in the weight loss game for years - currently maintaining in the healthy BMI range.

Treadmill

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

First of all, good news for you! You can easily slim down and much faster than any other age group as you have the highest metabolism rate. You only need to note three things; Diet, Exercise and Motivation.

On Diet, you need the most nutrient during this period. What you eat will determine your health and physics for the rest of your adulthood. That means, if you don’t slim down during this period, you are likely to get fat always in your adulthood. Also you will likely to be sick easily for the rest of your life. You need to have a balance diet with the correct food like protein, fats, vitamins, etc. (Ladies, if you eat too little, you are likely to have small breast and butt for life). You can’t to be choosy on food. Refer to the blog at the end if you don’t know what you need to eat.

Exercise is at this period, you are able to lose weight fast and develop your muscle too. Exercise every other day for 30 ~ 45 minutes, 3 times a week. Left one day for rest. Cardio exercise like jogging swimming, dancing, aerobics, etc are good to reduce fat fast. Hula loops are good for tummy; others exercise that targets at different part of the body can be refer to the blog at the end of the page.

Lastly, is your will to slim down. You can all set goals to lose weight. But if you did not have the will or you left the goals unchecked. You are unlikely to succeed although you are in the high metabolism group. Also at the blog, you can find ways how to encourage yourself to achieve your goal setting.

I have faith in you, I can do it, so can You! Just remember the three things; Diet, Exercise and Motivation.

I used to be 185 lbs, I manage to lose weight to 125 lbs in a short time and maintain a healthy 133 lbs for many years.

Cheers!
